  • Read self-love books

One of the books that inspire you is “You are a badass“. Nothing is more important than loving yourself, in a world full of hustlers. If you aren’t a book worm, get yourself a daily quote from Pinterest. Remember if you wish to be loved, you need to start loving yourself first and everything falls in line. Remind yourself that you are the badass you want to be. Life is too short to spend it at war with yourself.

  • Listen Music

Someone once asked me why do you love music? Well is that even a thing to say? In today’s world, we all love music. I am sure you do too! one of my current favorites is “Sunday Best“. Do you remember when was the last time you danced? NO? well, make it today. Put on some pop music, lock yourself and dance. Dance like nobody is watching you, hahaha Nobody is!

  • Long shower

Make a spa day or a spa routine at home. Have a long warm shower. Put some candles, play some music, or even have a glass of wine in your bathtub. Add a good bath bomb and Remember honey, Self-care is not Luxury. It is a Necessity.

  • Workout

For a lot of people (like me), it just isn’t realistic to find a time or energy to work out every single day. But taking a few minutes to stretch and move your body at some point every day can make you feel energetic and refreshed.

  • Get the right amount of sleep.

Getting the right amount of sleep every night is a great way to have yourself feel better. Everybody’s sleep need is different. For me, 7-8 hours of sleep every night. Do your best to make it a habit to get a decent amount of sleep so that you can boost your mood. Take a nighttime routine.

  • Keep a Gratitude Journal.

Last but not the least, reflect on what you are thankful for. Doing this on a daily basis will strengthen your sense of gratitude, help you gain perspective, and lead you to appreciate small and big things in your life.

Tip: Write down some bad things that make you feel sad about yourself or hurt you. Tare it down, put a fire on it (not in your house). Take a deep breath and you will feel better.
